Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between your company and Decordesk Technical FZE, SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"), which provides Vego, including the Vego CRM, Vego Projects, Vego Accounts and Vegobot features (together, "Vego"). By creating a company, signing in or using Vego, you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.

1. Who can use Vego

Vego is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to act for the company you register. The person who creates the company is its admin.

2. Your account and your team

• Keep passwords and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for what happens under your company's accounts.
• The admin decides who joins the team, what each person can see, and removes people who leave.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Your data

Your company owns the data it puts into Vego: leads, contacts, quotations, invoices, files, attendance and the rest. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Vego for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to add any personal data you store, for example your clients' names and phone numbers, and you must use it lawfully.

4. Vegobot

Vegobot helps you write quotation and invoice items, read bills, and list materials. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking every quantity, rate, total and VAT amount before you send, sign or rely on a document. AI output is a draft, not professional, engineering, legal or tax advice. 5. Documents, VAT and records

Vego helps you create quotations, invoices and receipts. You remain responsible for their content and for meeting UAE tax rules, including your TRN, invoice details and record keeping required by the Federal Tax Authority. Keep your own copies using Backup & restore.

6. Staff duty and location

If your company uses the duty feature, Vego records a staff member's location only when they press Start duty and End duty. As the employer, you must tell your staff about this and have a lawful reason to use it. Vego does not track location continuously.

7. WhatsApp and other connections

If you connect WhatsApp, Google Maps or other services, you must also follow their terms, including WhatsApp's rules on business messaging and consent. You are responsible for the messages your team sends.

8. Acceptable use

• No spam, bulk messages to people who did not agree to them, fraud or harassment.
• No unlawful content and no content that infringes someone else's rights.
• No attempts to access another company's data, break Vego's security, or overload the service.
• No using Vegobot to create fake documents or to mislead anyone.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

9. Fees

Vego is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price in advance and you can choose whether to continue.

10. Service availability and changes

We work hard to keep Vego available, secure and backed up, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may improve or change features. If we plan to end the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export your data.

11. Liability

Vego is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost business, or for losses caused by AI output you did not check. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for Vego in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Vego at any time. The admin can ask us to delete the company and its data; see the Privacy Policy. Download a backup first, because deleted data cannot be recovered.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell admins in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Vego after that, the new terms apply.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you another choice.
